I do not understand your question but there is a 6 months seasoning requirement for you to do a rate and term refinance on a FHA loan and a one year seasoning requirement to do a cash out refinance mortgage loan via FHA financing. Maximum cash out amount of a FHA loan is 85% one year after you originated your home purchase loan. Maximum loan to value for a cash out refinance loan is 80%. Six month seasoning for a conventional cash out refinance mortgage.
