I do not understand your question but there is a 6 months seasoning requirement for you to do a rate and term refinance on a FHA loan and a one year seasoning requirement to do a cash out refinance mortgage loan via FHA financing. Maximum cash out amount of a FHA loan is 85% one year after you originated your home purchase loan. Maximum loan to value for a cash out refinance loan is 80%. Six month seasoning for a conventional cash out refinance mortgage.

Jesse,

Attached is an article on what to do if you get an adverse action letter or mortgage loan denial letter from your mortgage lender after they have issued a conditional mortgage loan approval.
