No Credit
#1
I wanted to share my experience past, present and stay tuned for future. In July I posted my home for sale and to my surprise a couple contacted me that wanted to purchase our home, this couple had wanted our home 5 years ago and due to bad credit could not buy it then.. Fast forward 5 years later this couple paid off all their credit good and bad, they tried to get financed through a mortgage company and was turned down because of low credit score, and no credit....I offer to help our buyers and I found Gustan Cho Mortgage on the web. In a short period of time with getting a secure credit card and submitting letters of deletion on previous accounts closed, our buyers credit score jumped from 515 to 643. We are still in the process of selling our home to our buyers but now they are approved...stay tuned
