New FHA Changes With Deferred Student Loans
One of the great perks with FHA Loans was that all deferred student loans that was deferred for at least 12 months was exempt from debt to income ratio calculations until recent. New FHA changes with deferred student loans no longer exempts deferred student loans even though student loans have been deferred for more than 12 months.
