Month to month or one year lease
#1
If you are a renter, a month to month lease is recommended in the event if you want to purchase a home instead of being tied up to a one year lease. Even if you have a one year lease, most landlords will let you sub lease your rental unit if you forfeit your security deposit or if you sub lease the rental unit.
