how much of cashed deposit used toward down payment is not sourced?

You only need to source the required amount of money you need to close on your mortgage loan which consists of down payment and closing costs. If you have more money than the required amount, you do not need to source that. If you have multiple bank accounts with alot of money, you do not have to submit all of your bank statements. Just the bank statement where you will use the down payment and closing cost is required.
