Can I get a mortgage with a judgment?
#1
There are mortgage lenders that will give you a mortgage with an outstanding judgment if and only if you have a written payment agreement in force and if you have made three to six payments to the judgment creditor and can provide three to six months canceled checks. Here is an article about getting a mortgage with a judgment still on your record.
